By checking the box “I declare to have read the applicable general conditions of sale and to have accepted them without restriction” and validated the payment, the customer confirms having read and accepts the entirety of the general conditions of sale to the exclusion of any other general conditions, unless otherwise agreed by the seller.
Quotes, purchase orders and invoices are subject to the general conditions of sale and imply total acceptance by the customer.
An order confirmation is sent by email to the email address that the customer has provided. YAF Paris reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer in the event of a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.
When taking an order, the information communicated involves the customer. Orders are sent only to the postal address provided by the latter. In the event of an error concerning the recipient's contact information, the seller is not held responsible for the impossibility of delivery of the goods.
After confirmation of the order, YAF Paris undertakes to deliver to its carrier all the references ordered by the buyer within a maximum period of 30 days (starting from the day after receipt of the order).
Products purchased on YAF Paris are delivered in mainland France, in EU countries and outside the EU, by the postal services Colissimo, Chronopost and Mondial Relay.
The times indicated are usual average times and correspond to processing and delivery times. In the case of items deliverable on different dates, taking into account their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time; YAF Paris reserves the right to split deliveries, only the products shipped are then debited. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment.
YAF Paris cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delivery delay.
Any order not shipped within 30 days of the order will be canceled unless otherwise stipulated and announced in the sales offer.
In the event of a pre-order, the period of thirty days starts from the official release date of the pre-ordered product.
The customer must notify the carrier and YAF Paris of any reservations about the delivered product (damaged package, already opened, etc.) within three days of receipt of the product. In the event of a pre-order, YAF Paris undertakes to deliver to its carrier all references ordered by the buyer within a maximum period of 15 working days after the official release date of the pre-ordered product.

Returned products must be new in their original packaging, with all related accessories, as well as documentation. Otherwise, if the returned items are damaged or incomplete, they will not be taken back. In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, YAF Paris reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order.
YAF Paris has a period of 14 days to reimburse all sums paid and this will be done with the same means of payment as during the purchase.
No exchange is possible; If the customer wishes to exchange, a return request must be made to our customer service in order to return the unwanted products to us and then recommend the desired product on our site. However, certain products are not subject to the right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be refunded. This is particularly the case for personalized products, all products related to the Medical field (single care, care, rescue, medical equipment, disinfection and sterilization, hygiene), single-use and disposable products, liquid products.
The price is expressed in Euros. The price is indicated excluding tax (HT) and with all taxes included (TTC). The price of the product indicated in the catalog corresponds only to the price of the product, without the transport cost. The final price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated during online payment. For France and European Union countries, the final price includes VAT and all taxes.
The discount code must be entered in the box provided for this purpose in the basket before the payment step. Discount codes cannot be combined. When the order is paid and validated, it is not possible to use the discount code for this order afterwards.
YAF Paris reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, for any accepted order, YAF Paris guarantees the prices charged on the date of confirmation of the order by YAF Paris.
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order and payment is made by credit card bearing the symbol CB, via Paypal. You can also pay by bank transfer following the instructions provided to you throughout the purchasing process. Be careful, however, when paying by bank transfer, due to processing times and as indicated on our site, the delivery time of your order is therefore recalculated from its validation by our accounting department.
The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the bank payment centers concerned have given their agreement.
